i melted cata 16x+5 at zaid
it showed possible success rate
blue rune + red rune + black rune + white rune
is 100%
but after melt it's fail !!?

Did you send a ticket about this? I heard also from some of friends about this issue.
I think refining is messed up. My friend can produce random equipment using Laxative Bomb Manual.Quote:
