Can someone confirm to me that Tarantula and Pumpkeener drop the AK Nitras Chest or not. Because I already spent about 3 Hours hunt with Double Drop, but It never drop. Thanks.

Yes they do drop, and it's really hard to drop now since they lowered the drop rate. The item drop rate is similar to orbs drop rate (ie: brown soil, black orb, etc) so that's why you have to keep hunting.
