Help ! my cegel disapear by it self

i'm new here just play this game, my char lv 106 warior. i got 700k cegel on my char then it reduce by it self until 6k, then i took out from bank 200k then it disapear again by it self.. left only 7k ,im not buying anything, im just portal from lime to elim and look around at market and shoutout my vending.. why my cegel is gone?

Shouting Costs cegels. That's right. When you shout, you are spending 5,000 cegels per shout.
