cant play since last week maintenance till today

i can log in to the game but when loading screen end up it will be crash... or if can go inside to the bag and bank is empty and my character not use any item from my side but in other side they saw me use my equip... this is happening from last week maintenance... i think this will be clear on this week maintenance but my character still bug... pls help me someone who knows about this problem.

*notice: i already trying to restart client so many time but nothing, and still bug :(:(:(:(
