Drained cegel from selling things from booth

why does everytime I sell my goods via booth my cegel is not increasing the way it should be?
I originally have 5 million, and I sell things for 2 million, instead of having 7million, I only have 5,2 million or something I forgot. I started ignoring it because I figure I was forgot about amount of cegel I have. but thins time it happened again. I have 5 million. I sold things for 41,5 million, my original cegel was 5,5 or something million, so its natural I should have 47 million right? BUT instead i only have 42,8 million. where does my 4,2 million goes? I know I shouldn't bother with only that amount of money but, if this goes on, my cegel will always be reduced. or this is the way things should be? please answer my question.

The selling kiosk have 10% tax cut. So that's why you don't get full amount of cegel whenever you sell stuffs. Also, If you shout, you lose 5k/shout.
