What i can tell you is that you probably have no space in your inventory OR you were currently playing the game when you bought the items in the item mall. Since the GM's mentioned if you play while buying from the item mall you don't get the items since it is being transferred to your account at that moment. If its none of the above then try to send them a ticket.
