Cant play the game even i follow all instruction

hi can you help me with my concern, i just downloaded rohan game and do all the instruction but when i launch the launcher i properly logged in to the game but after that i was stuck at the loading character information and had something says at the upper side of my game "gate server connect failed 3901" i cant see it clearly .. but when i click the confirm i was automatically disconnected to the game. pls help me . i was looking for the answer for the past 2 days.. ty in advance
