Gathering equipment

Hi!
Where can I find Merchants with grade B and A gathering equipment? I've already found C in the end of roha 1 but can't find others.

And where I can find parts of combined weapon? Where mobs drop it?

- There are no NPCs for this gear, C is the highest
- Combine parts are gotten from PA badges (which you get in the Power Arena if ur lvl >90 you can enter), this is the only way to get them, they don't drop
- No problem
