seriously I search it in merchant weapon, in rare forge, in unique forge and even in ancient forge but i can't found any of it.
the level for both of the katar is around 90+ i guess
so anyone please tell me where should i get or buy it?

I am guessing some monsters in higher level section of Lower Gratt might drop them
