Restoration Ticket

hi. i am planning to transfer my character to another account. i already have 83 Victory Badge on it for Star of Victory Tittle. is there any way that the badge and Light of Victory tittle ticket can restore after i transfer my character to my another account?

delete the items, change gender/name, ask for a restoration, sell character to another account.

is it guaranteed sir?

It won't work that way. I tried that, they temporarily blocked my EM. They advised me that they'll unblock it after retrieving/removing restored items from the event or merge inventory . So don't even try. Bound items aren't supposed to be transferred to another account.

hmm... probably if your caught doing this you might get banned and change name takes a lot of time it takes affect after the next regular maintenance right..?

Yes it takes a lot of time. I don't think they'll ban you from the game. also as mentioned they will temporarily ban your EM so the chance of getting those restored items to be sold on EM is very slim.
