Is this shiny 4x weapons thingy.. applicable for all low level players.. I love to have it even my level is 28.
4x weapon would be new upg onyx weapons which will probably be for lvl 130+ or higher, shiny option stones can be used at any lvl equipment

(I requested for like 1 month another upgrade sale - all the gms could answer was "THANKS YOU FOR YOUR SUGGESTION ITS BEEN ADDED IN OUR PILE OF SUGGESTION LIST"
