Transaction issues

Greetings

I purchased pet, a green seed and i played grabbit a while ago, but when i login to the game, the green seed and some of the item i grabbed doesnt appeared. it was a Rascal Rabbit Bread.XG and 2 yellow iron. Can check and fix this ASAP?
