can't play rohan

Please help me. i try to ping in www.playrohan.com just request time out but in the same time i ping in www.facebook.com and www.dota2.com i get ping. How can i fix it. Sorry my english not good. And when i log in game have error 100 and 5100 at loading screen. Sometime log in game but very delay... Please help me !!! Don't assume that a site not responding to ping is not there. PlayWith Interactive configured their firewall not not respond to ping.

both login.playrohan.com and patch.playrohan.com respond just fine to their loader.
