Can't buy item mall in seal online website

Hi,

I'm new to seal online. Recently, I bought 1000 RPS through paypall because I wanted to buy piyagra so badly. When I received the RPS, I tried to purchase the piyagra right away. But, I didn't receive the item at all. This goes to another item mall in the website. I checked the RPS in the account info. It says that it's released already. Should I have to wait for another day until I can use the RPS ? Can somebody help me please ?
