How do I go about reporting an illegal private server?

I can't figure out exactly where I would go to report this.

You may send email to Legal@playwithi.com directly.
You might be not able to get response from Legal Dep. However, they're keep working on shutting down Private servers including Youtube / Facebook or its website as well.
