Returning player and I need some basic details about server, such as...

.Top Guilds
.Top "scammers"

.Estimated monthly expenses to be a decent player (Not #1, but in the top 100) I do not plan on farming... ever. lol
.Best classes to play

.Recommended gears/basic info on new gears
