Having weird problems when starting the game.

I'm having a weird problem, when I press "Game Starts" it open up the Seal Online loading picture thinggy. then after awhile it takes me to a white screen and another thing pop-up says "Generic application error. Enable debug output for detailed information (Weird words which I do not understand it)"

If you don't really understand what I mean here's the picture. Please help me fix it by today >< I really want to play it now.
