Help buying item at RPs

i bought Fate T,B,S but there are only Fate T,B. yet my RPs decreasing by 750.

Did they told you to log out briefly out of the game after purchasing an item? Coz I already experienced that issue before :) They say that I must do it for them to be able to send the item properly
