Lag and delay skills?

Hi all,

I am an old seal online player coming back to play a little bit I noticed some lag and delay with skills and it is really annoying. I am playing from the US and this was not a problem before.

Am I missing something? I am playing hunter and leveling in rainbow zone and when I cast skills there is like 1-3 sec delay, but when I try to use skills in elim over and over again there was no delay or lag at all.

Is this an issue right now or is it just me? I don't know if its my network problem I almost have 20Gbps speed so I am pretty sure it is not my connection. I am also using a powerful PC if you are wondering.
