Did you make sure to send it to the right server?
Thank you for reply but how do I know if it sent to Jin or Isen? I thought Item Mall's item can be accessed in any server in one account.Quote:

When you go to the Item Mall home page it should say Jainus(Normal Item mall). On the top menu says Isen Item Mall, right of the Item mall one. That's how you know what Item Mall you're at.
Have you tried relogging orrr you might probably didnt purchase the item at all? Hahahaha.
Did you purchase it using the same account you are playing?
Did the Item mall actually confirm that you bought it? Can you see it in your recent purchases list?
If you can't figure this out on your own, just send a ticket, it is your right to be assisted. :D
I am having the same problem. I purchased the item in-game so I know I am on the right server. I submitted a ticket and was told the item is in my item shop inventory, but how do I access that? the only inventories I can find is my character inventory and the merged inventory.
