Why is the Item Mall Saying This???

Ocurr Error. Fail to buy the items : Bill : -40

So I am guessing this is just happening to me?

I'm getting this error as well...any resolutions?

When you send email to Billing team,
a) Please use email address that you used at payment method such as Paypal.
b) and also describe your Playrohan.com account to get response correctly.
