Rates

Im currently playing on Isen.

Just saying.... The forging rates are ****ED. I failed 6 times in a row crafting the first unique dual sword..? With tons of crones spent i was able to finally forge 5 of the first unique dual swords. I figured i would be able to get the first ancient... yeah right. All 5 failed.

Do the rates further decline with higher leveled items? (Can forge rates go negative? lol)

But as for your question, no, it's same rates all across the board as far as item levels are concerned.
Only thing that changes are rates for forging Rare vs forging Unique vs forging Ancient.
Item levels have no known effect on RNG.
