Questions about Quest

Hello I would like to know the location on the map the name of the NPC giving the quest, what to do and wich mobs to kill to complete.

quests are:
Victors Crow
Kasa´s Spirit Sack
Sealed Hero's Medal

I appreciate all the information possible. ;)

For Victor's crown and Hero's medals you go to 3 locations:
1. Liom map, entrance to Forgotten Fortress and do the quests there, then
2. Geizan map, at Giant's Fingerprints and
3. Dharvegawan map, entrance to Burnt Ruins.
So, you can finish the quests and get these drops 3 times.

For Kasa's Spirit Sack go to Ignis map, Narkhant Mainport and enter dung there, NPC Chero gives quests for sacks, but take the one More Relics Needed (60 relics). If you take another one it's worthless and it will eat your 30 relics :)
