Duran eh? Some of the players I knew moved to Arus and I haven't been in Duran lately. I'd suggest you try and look for a guild at Elim, especially near the Guild NPC.

If you'd like to join a guild, just ask their members. Like, if you want an English-speaking guild, ask them if they are comprised mostly of English-speakers. There are also Indonesian guilds out there that accepts Non-Indonesian players, but you'll feel lonely and left out as they usually talk in their native language. Bottom line: just ask.
