Pray of Water Temple?

Hello Forum!

I have (yet) another question… this time in regards to the Pray of the Water Temple item.
Is it possible to merge two accessories together (flame-flame, feather-feather, that kind of stuff) without the Pray of the Water Temple? I know that the item makes it have a 90% success rate, but they’re impossible to find now (unless someone can enlighten me on where I can find them in game). Thanks for all your help!

IM or from another player and yes they can be combined without the Boosting item but you'll fail for sure >>
