I have tried to create these tickets, with upload, for you many times. Every time the ticket I have spent at least 30 minutes crafting with problem statement, analysis and reproduction steps is thrown away when your support system throws an error while I am submitting it. I am not doing this anymore so you will need to fix this without the benefit of my GameGuard uploads..
I have in these forums posted under the account BananaBandit a few times messages containing not only a problem statement, but an analysis on what I believe is going on and full reproduction steps so you guys can reproduce this error yourselves. If you take the time and effort to search for those you will find some very detailed information on what this problem is, and what YOU (not INCA, but you) can do to fix it. This problem is not all in INCA's lap - it is how you guys are using it.
