Question, merged server and more

So ive been inactive for a while due to no windows computer avaible but now finally can get windows on my mac (if everything installs etc correctly)

I saw a while back they merged jin and ran? I played on jin and just wondering like example if my characters got deleted? and if not for example my main priest had the same name as another on ran so what happened to her name?

im really scared to have lost everything i worked so hard for :/ if anyone got any information at all it would be very nice ^^
