Help I BUY Soul Collector`s Gloves.XG IN DATE 3/8/2015 but the item not in my bank, i still waiting right now. but just same as yesterday that item still not in my bank or iventory please help me..

Have you tried logging out of the game when you bought the item from the website? because when buying from the item mall while still online in the game may cause such problems.
