Seal Online Client problem

i tried play seal on 3 device

first is my main computer = no problem
second device = no problem from launcher to character login , but when load finished there's no npc or other player

and the third device = everytime i try to play from the launcher , the pc got blue screen
*i don't have the screeshot*

the second device computer specs =
intel graphic 3150 256mb memory

the third one = intel pentium 4 + nvidia gt630 + 2/4 gig ram , i forgot


anyone can solve this problem???
