About Pray of Water Temple

Boss Acc + Boss Acc (without any pray stone) = 10% success chance

Boss Acc + Boss Acc + pray of water temple = 90% or 100% ?

im curious that pray of water temple give more 90% success (base 10% + 90% stone = 100%) or made the rates to 90% (base 10% + 80% stone) ?

is there any people who failed to recycle the boss drops with pray of water temple?

90% chance to make fuzed boss drop 10% chance to fail.

and couga failed his ruler 2 times and a fd once using pray of water temple :P (no wonder he quit LOL)
