Hi , how can I get my account back? I tried to login the exact ID and password but it always says "Invalid Account" , and then i tried to change the password by using lost password it it doesn't work also it keeps saying "Invalid Account"
can anyone help me?
Either you got blocked preventing from accessing your account or you did something which resulted to permanent ban. File a ticket to customer support and know your status
hi tintin13 i got same issue with Keithchung. i cant access my account too. How would i know if i am banned on the game or i get blocked by someone? no message at all, in additon, i did nothing as far as i know the cause of banning or blocking something...
