missing items on EM how can i get them back?

hi guys i forgot to unseal my items in jin before merge. and now my items are gone. im in isen right now and planning to go back in jainus. help pls:(:(

I am still waiting for a concrete answer to my tickets about this, but so far they are still "working on it", I don't how hard it is they even recognized the items weren't on my account and still didn't give them back...
