Can't connect to server

As from the title, I can't log in. here is an image

I also reinstalled it a couple times, i downloaded this from Playwhat's link.
My friend can log in without having a problem, i also used his ID to log in but seems to get the same result.

My Ticket is #220073

I tried to log in without using firewall protection also already tried installed without firewall protection too, but got same result, couldn't connect to server.

It appears to happen two days in a row now, i'm a new user who just downloaded this game yesterday. So I don't really have characters yet, just an ID and this problem.

I am having the same problem. How did you end up fixing it.

If it's a fresh install, check your game version. Go to the seal folder and look for a notepad that says "version" and it should say:
[DEFAULT]
CUR_VERSION=Sz5o66ug9bs=

Oh my.. I'm having the exact same problem and here's the solution..

Nope.. I don't think that this is the solution..
I and my brother has the exact same Current Version, while I'm the only one that can't play :v

Please.. Any solution? I want to play it before 15 Apr :(

Well, I don't usually recommend this but try this thing I do and see if this will help you.

•Bring up the command prompt from your Windows and type the following:

A. Disable Windows Scaling heuristics:
command:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

B. Enable TCP Auto-Tuning --> set to NORMAL
command:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=norm

C. Enable Compound TCP - Improve throughput
command:
netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp

D. Enable ECN Capability
command:
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled

E. Enable RSS - Receive-side Scaling
command:
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled

F. Enable TCP Chimney Offload
command:
netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled

G. Enable Direct Cache Access (DCA)
command:
netsh int tcp set global dca=enabled

H. Disable packet timestamps
command:
netsh int tcp set global timestamps=disabled

I. Enable ECN
command:
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=enabled


Then check your settings again by typing "netsh int tcp show global".

Like I said.. It doesn't have anything related to my connection.. Because I have a brother eho already playing all well so far.. While I'm the only one who got this problem :(
