Quest: Look for Mysterious Jewel quest is not complete

I wanna ask about the Look for Mysterious Jewel Quest and Make the Necklace Quest.
I had been done the quest.
But why there is no the hunter job to make a set option item??

Actually the quest give 2 things.
(First, the refine level after adding the option will turn into +0, second all additional option will be lost. So be sure to check your equipment first before making a set option item.)
Note : This set option actually add Evasion Rate on your item.
I was so tired do the Quest from episode 1 until make the necklace quest.. Please respond as soon possibility. Thank you very very very much.
