Atzigan Elemental event quest items cant Delete it from my bag

Cant Unseal my char to change my Gender cous of that items in my bag...
and i do not need to wait long time like weeks for that

I requsted mine.. I think we have same problem before but they deleted it when I submit a ticket

i did send and they no reply yet , cos of xmas i think
but i just deleted my walter +7 and alot of items , so its going to take long time to delete it and i change my gender

yep.. same issue here but, gm already fixed it! just send a ticket to the support and wait for them to reply..

The only thing that can solve your problem is, to file a ticket and let them handle it.
