we need scroll to unseal Talisman again

alot of ppls missed sale for unseal talisman scroll
can you put that scroll once again in IM?!!!

I have talisman+5 unsealed on char. But I cant sealed it. Can we use Scroll of sealing talisman for talisman+5 or just only for +6 +7?
