I'll be looking into tickets on a daily basis, I did resolve quite a huge amount of tickets but if your issue is still not resolved make sure to contact us once again and we'll look into it!
If you have already sent a support ticket once again it'll be checked!

I have the same issue too. But Im still being patient since as mentioned, GM's are bombarded with tickets and they need to check each of them 1 by 1.Quote:
