How To Open Inventory Bank

Sorry im a newbie in here, when i want to open a bank, there is some problem i didnt understand.

would you like to tell me what i must going to do to open the bank?

You just need to talk to the Banker NPC of a town. If you don't have a bank yet he will ask you to key-in your bank password. Select up to 8-digits and I think you can still use letters to make words as passwords. Each time you move an item from the bank, the Banker charges you 100 Cegel, I think.
