guide clearly shows can reinforce the uni armors.. i just tried and cant. whats up gm? is the error in the guide you posted or shud be able to plus uni armors and this is a bug not allowing it???

i dont know iff you know but you cant use unic so why shuld you plus something you cant use? i know its on that grafic saing you can plus but again why plus something you cant use ??
You have never been able to reinforce uniques so its probably a mistake in the guide.
