I just downloaded the game (again - gave it up 2 years ago) today (11Oct14) and bought 2500 RP and then purchased the 30 day package but I can't seem to locate how to use it or find it - can anyone help me out please...thank you in advance for any helpful info or replies :)

This can be caused for several things. Are you by chance playing in Isen server?
If you are playing in Isen, there is a possibility that you purchased the package in Ran/Jin Item mall instead of Isen. If that is the case, You will have to send a support ticket.
By doing so, those items will be removed from your Ran/Jin Mall inventory and the RPs will be provided to your account once again.
Please make sure to go to our Isen Item Mall if you are currently playing there.
