Game not responding

I recently downloaded the game... 3 times mind you :mad:. And each time I start to try to get it going, it gets to the pre-paid card window and then stops responding. I've restarted my computer and (again) have re-downloaded the game. My computer meets the requirements so I have no idea whats wrong. Help? :(

I'm not sure what you mean by a "pre-paid card window." Can you try to elaborate some please?

hes been using the wrong games client, wow just looks a slight tad more horrible than rohan, easy to mix up.
