Purchased Item Mall issue

Dear Gamemaster, I've purchased this whole set of Artisan gears and the purchased items didn't go directly into my bank storage, I've try asking GM Adelhyde in-game and he told me to go send a ticket, I have send the ticket however I don't know how long I will be replied, I'm here because I have nowhere to vent my disappointment, I'm buying RPs for the sake of our server, and then this is what I receive? maybe I should hold myself back when trying to buy more RPS if this is the case
