Not too sure why they have different values %? In game bought with badges stones. Those on IM too, it looks like a mess. So many versions with different values. Just make a fixed certain value for the stones on item mall, and for in game stones that are purchased through power badges. Why not have them all set at a same value? It probably affects class balance like this.
