I am from indonesia and recently i just add RPs
when I open IM in game, always freeze and need to re open seal
so i must use website to buy item mall?

Yes you should use the website item mall instead.
But remember, when you are buying the 2nd job equipment, you MUST have empty bank slots, and you have to be offline.
We are currently aware of this issue and as iloveyouxx said, please use the Item mall website for purchases.
