Yes you did write 70 only, but do you really think 1 would spend 3499rp for changing his lvl 70 character?

What about if your character has twins on it? Do you have to delete them? And will you get them back?
Yes and no I don't think so.
You can always try and send a ticket before sealing your character - I wouldn't put my hopes up though.
Yes. They do recover your twins back.

Like trading your character from account to account? If so, then no. They only recover you if u used one of their services.Quote:
