How is that arrogant though? He sounds fairly reasonable and understanding/friendly. TOS says that you and you alone are responsible for your account and whatever happens to it, with or without your consent.
They are only following that rule.
You don't know what's happened two month ago? Someone hacked EM, and I'm punished for that ... And they don't even give chance to active innocent people to proof that.
How you would sort out this ?
They shouldn't block peoples accounts when they can't protect servers. This is their fault.
