Clashing Valley Awards !!!

I don't really want to send yet again another ticket regarding this issue, up until yesterday I was owed 4 awards for winning clashing events. on checking my merged inventory yesterday I see there's 2 victory badges, costume, gold trophy and a hat thing in there.
Now that still leaves me with 3 events worth of awards still missing.

I'm really just scribbling here in the hope that some GM will step forward and tell me where do I go from here.

I mean, do I need to send another ticket or are you guys close to resolving this?
