Yea...Item mall also says that it's "tradeable"...but in game it's actually pink...and can't be traded. What a waste of money. Please give us refunds!!
Take the certificate out onto whatever character you need it for , then go to crafting studio - find NPC named steve and give it to him for job change
I have to trade it to another character and it won't allow me. Thanks for your response though.
i am at steve but nothing comes up
