Can't top up my RPS

Hi there i'm having trouble topping up my rps using the Unipin codes. I bought it on the 2nd of july 2014 and up until now every time i try to top-up it always comes out "recharge failed" or something about the system that was suffering an error. Is there a problem with the top-up system? i hope i can get a clear answer to this since i bought the rps already but can't seem to top-up.

Maybe you bought a fake or used Unipin code? Did you buy it from certified Vendor?

There have been many successful UniPin codes redeemed so you will need to contact UniPin regarding your code to find the cause of the problem.
