Cannot purchase items on WEB site

Game: Seal online
Items: Militia's Official Armor(T).XG & Militia's Official Armor(B).XG

checked them and input the password and click 'BUY', the WEB asked 'if i want to purchase the selected item', i clicked YES. but nothing were got, and the RPs were not reduced.

could you please help to check it? i tried for many times.

Click on the item individually, select your server and then input password and such.

If you only added to cart then it won't work.
As well as wait a minute or 2 for the items to be in your bank before logging in.

how i know my password when im forgot my password?
